Trade Customers & Accounts

Detail Depot caters for trade customers of all sizes, from new business starting out to large-scale experienced operations.

For ease of use and quick turnaround, each trade customer can apply for an online account that will be associated with a trade account level listed below. This account will allow you to access our complete range of products and with an instant discount based on the trade account level. Detail Depot offers three discount levels, Silver, Gold and Platinum which are calculated on annual purchases.

The Detail Depot does not offer any credits, payment for trade accounts are required upon each order confirmation.

All new trade customers start as Gold accounts with a 20% discount. The account level will change if your sales do not meet the per year sales quota. For example, if you spend less then $1500+GST in the previous 12 months, you will be downgraded to a Silver account. You will stay with the Silver account until you have reached the sales requirements to be upgraded to Gold based on the previous 12 months purchase history. If you do not reach the minimum spend of $500+ GST per year, your trade account access will be revoked.

All new trade accounts need to have its username as the name of the business and the business address as the shipping address. Existing personal accounts cannot be transferred or upgraded to a trade account. **Please note the following terms and condition before applying for a trade account

• Delivery address for all orders must be your business address
• Visible proof of your detailing or grooming business is required. eg: active website or Facebook page
• All trade spend targets are do not include GST
• Minimum spend of $500+ GST per year to retain trade account access
• Account spend calculated on the previous 12 months, not annual calendar year.
• Trade accounts cannot redeem any additional or seasonal sale discounts
• Detail Depot reserves the right to terminate any approved trade account without notice
• All orders are required to be paid in full before they are shipped, no credit available.
• CarPro Cquartz Approved Products not listed on the site to order, available to approved installers only.
